What's the minimum rental term?
MG Rentals operates on a minimum 5-year term. This allows us to include full maintenance and repair coverage throughout the agreement without hidden costs.
What's included in the rental?
Your monthly rental rate covers the equipment, delivery, installation, and all maintenance and mechanical repairs for the full term. There are no separate service call fees for covered equipment.
Who do I call if something breaks down?
You call The Mark-Costello Co. — same number as always. MG Rentals is operated by The Mark-Costello Co.'s team, so there's no handoff between a rental company and a service company. We handle it directly.
Can I rent-to-own?
Rent-to-own is available on a case-by-case basis. It's not our standard structure, but if it's what makes the deal work for your organization, we'll discuss it. Contact us to ask.
What equipment is available to rent?
Compactors and balers are available through the MG Equipment Rentals program. Contact us for current availability and specifications.
What if I'm a chain account or have multiple locations?
Chain accounts — particularly supermarket groups — may qualify for our loaner program, which provides a temporary unit during service or downtime. Ask about this when you request a quote.
